Useful Information

VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%, and is reflected in the price shown on our website, as well as shown as a separated rate for your convenience. As of January 2021, VAT is not charged on orders being shipped to the EU, and these orders will be charged the normal cost, minus the 20% VAT rate. EU customers will be charged VAT, plus possible customs charges and fees, when the goods arrive in the recipients country, and will need to be paid before delivery takes place. Premier Contract Supplies take no responsibility for any additional charges the recipient will need to pay to receive the goods.

Delivery Charges

Delivery for Mainland UK orders is free of charge for orders over £499. Orders less than £499, are subject to a delivery charge. Delivery charges start from £1.99 for very light products, £3.99 for products weighing less than 2kg, £5.99 for heavier orders and £39.99 for very large/heavy items, that require a pallet, or specialist transport. The shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart before you check out and pay for your order. We make no profit from our shipping charges, in most cases the actual price for packing and shipping your order, is considerably higher than what the customer is charged.
