Orders over £399 qualify for free delivery within Mainland UK. Delivery charges apply for orders below £399 and vary according to product weight and size. Shipping charges start at £3.99 for very light products, £6.99 for a regular, non-bulky package under 15kg, £14.99 for some heavier or bulkier items, £25.00 for selected bathroom china items that require extra packaging and courier service, and £49.99 for very large/heavy items requiring a pallet or specialist transport. Please note that we make no profit from shipping charges, and the actual price for packing and shipping your order may be considerably higher than what you're charged. Shipping charges will be displayed in your shopping cart before you check out and pay for your order.
