We usually dispatch all orders within two working days (often sooner) unless the item states a longer dispatch time.
Depending on the weight and delivery address of your order, we will send it via Royal Mail, Evri, or a specialist courier such as DPD or DHL. Most orders are normally delivered within three working days. Our specialist couriers do not deliver at the weekends.
Due to updated GPSR rules (13th December 2024) on shipping products to the EU (including Northern Ireland), we have paused offering delivery to these regions. We will re-instate these delivery options if we can find a way to adhere to the new requirements, which currently would be incredibly expensive and logistically impossible to implement.
For other, non-EU countries, please note that the overseas delivery agent may also add additional charges to the parcel to cover their costs in collecting the fees. The responsibility for these charges is the recipient's responsibility, and we (the seller), take no responsibility for any additional charges payable by the recipient and cannot refund any of these charges. Any orders returned to us by the courier due to the charges not being paid by the recipient will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping the parcel, plus any return charges.
We may also deliver using our own transport at our discretion. This will generally be an option if your delivery address is within our routine delivery areas and/or if your order is very large, fragile or heavy. We will contact you to confirm a delivery date. As with all our delivery services, we cannot give delivery time slots for our deliveries.
Please let us know if you experience a damaged item within 24 hours. Please do not dispose of the item before you have spoken to us. We may ask for photographic evidence of any damage.
We will typically require a signature for a delivery, so please bear that in mind and so please try and have your order delivered to an address where somebody will be available to sign for the package, but we do appreciate this might not always be possible. We ask for a signature for both parties protection.
