Delivery Information

We currently ship orders within the UK only. If you are based outside the UK and are interested in a product we offer, please contact us and we can provide a shipping quote where possible.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days, often sooner, unless a longer dispatch time is clearly stated on the product page. Some products may display an estimated delivery timeframe, which is provided for guidance only.

All delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, products may display a message indicating a later-than-usual delivery date. This typically applies to items stored at a separate depot, which can take slightly longer to dispatch.

Couriers we use

Depending on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order, we may use one of the following couriers:

Royal Mail
Evri
DPD
DHL
Palletways

Our freight agent is Transglobal Express. They collect our orders and pass them to the courier delivering to your address. As a result, you may initially receive delivery updates from Transglobal before receiving courier-specific tracking information.

Delivery confirmation and safe places

Most deliveries require a signature. Where this isn’t possible or practical, we use a fully tracked service that includes photographic proof of delivery.

We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel, although we understand this isn’t always possible. Signature or photo confirmation helps protect both you and us.

Our couriers are not permitted to leave parcels in locations they consider unsafe. In some cases, you may be able to nominate a safe place directly with the courier via your tracking link.

Please note that if you choose to nominate a safe place, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to that location. We cannot accept liability for loss, theft, or damage after delivery to a nominated safe place.

Delivery times

Most orders are delivered within one to three working days after dispatch. Specialist couriers, including those for pallet deliveries, do not deliver on weekends.

In some cases, we may deliver orders using our own transport. This is typically for large, heavy, fragile items or deliveries within our regular delivery areas. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. As with all delivery services, we are unable to provide delivery time slots.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

Prices start from £3.99 for very small or light items, £6.99 for medium-weight orders, and £14.99 for heavier items that do not require a specialist courier. Some larger bathroom products that can still be shipped without a pallet are charged from £25.00.

Very large or heavy items that cannot be shipped via standard courier, such as baths or sinks, require pallet delivery. Pallet delivery charges start from £49.99 and can increase up to £79.99 for premium delivery postcodes, as set by our courier.

We do not make any profit from delivery charges.

EU and Northern Ireland deliveries

Due to updated GPSR regulations introduced on 13th December 2024, we have temporarily paused deliveries to the EU, including Northern Ireland.

We will review this position if a cost-effective and practical solution becomes available, but at present, the requirements are prohibitively expensive and logistically unworkable.

Order damage or loss

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Do not dispose of the item before speaking with us, as we may need photographs to help resolve the issue quickly.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch so we can investigate this with the courier. We’re always happy to help and will do our best to resolve any delivery issues promptly.
