Delivery Information


We are currently only shipping to the UK. If you are outside of the UK and are interested in something we offer, please contact us for a shipping quote.
We usually dispatch all orders within two working days (often sooner) unless the item states a longer dispatch time. You may see a delivery time frame mentioned on the products on the website.
The dates mentioned are estimated and can't be guaranteed. Some product will have messages that will confirm that the order will arrive later than the advertised date, and this will be because the goods need to come from a separate storage depot, which takes a little longer. 
 
Who Do We Use As Our Couriers?

Depending on the weight and delivery address of your order, we will send your order via either:
 
We typically require a signature on delivery. Where that isn’t possible or viable, we use a fully tracked service that includes photographic proof of delivery. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.

We recommend having your order delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it, though we understand that’s not always possible. We request a signature or photo confirmation to help protect both you and us.

We do not allow our couriers to leave parcels in areas not deemed safe. However, you may have the option to nominate a safe place directly with the courier via your tracking link.
Please note that if you choose to do this, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it is delivered to the safe place you selected. We cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been made to your nominated location. 

Our freight agent is Transglobal Express and they will collect your order from us and will pass the order to the courier delivering your order to your door. For this reason you will receive initial delivery information updates from Transglobal

Most orders are normally delivered within one to three working days. Our specialist couriers do not deliver at the weekends. 

We may also deliver using our own transport at our discretion. This will generally be an option if your delivery address is within our routine delivery areas and/or if your order is very large, fragile or heavy. We will contact you to confirm a delivery date. As with all our delivery services, we cannot give delivery time slots for our deliveries. 

 Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges start at £3.99 for very light, or very small goods, £6.99 for medium weight orders, £14.99 for heavier orders, (that don't need specialist couriers), from £25.00 for some heavier bathroom products that can be sent without a pallet, and then we offer a pallet service for larger/heavier orders that can't be sent via a regular courier (baths and sinks are examples), and the price for a pallet service is from £49.99, and up to £79.99 for premium delivery postcodes (as set by our courier). We make no profit from our delivery charges!

 

Due to updated GPSR rules (13th December 2024) on shipping products to the EU (including Northern Ireland), we have paused offering delivery to these regions.
We will re-instate these delivery options if we can find a way to adhere to the new requirements, which currently would be incredibly expensive and logistically impossible to implement.

Order Damage/Loss

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Do not dispose of the item before speaking with us, as we may need photographs to help us resolve the issue quickly.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please get in touch so we can look into it with the courier. We're here to help and will do our best to resolve any delivery issues promptly.
