We normally dispatch all orders within 2 working days (often sooner) unless the item states a longer dispatch time.
Depending on the weight and delivery address of your order, we would send your order via Royal Mail, Evri or a specialist courier such as DPD or DHL. Most orders are normally delivered within 3 working days. Our specialist couriers do not deliver at the weekends.
As of 1st January 2021, The UK left the EU. As a result of this, deliveries to the EU are subject to new rules on tax and customs on goods sent from the UK. VAT, duties and fees need to be paid by the recipient before they can receive the parcel. These charges will depend on the country the parcel is being sent to, depending on the value of the item being sent.
The overseas delivery agent may also add additional charges to the parcel to cover their costs in collecting the fees. The responsibility for these charges is the recipient's responsibility, and we (the seller), take no responsibility for any additional charges payable by the recipient and cannot refund any of these charges. Any orders returned to us by the courier due to the charges not being paid by the recipient, will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping the parcel, plus any return charges.
We may also deliver using our own delivery service at our discretion. This would normally be an option if your delivery address is within our routine delivery areas and/or if your order is very large, fragile or heavy. We will contact you to confirm a delivery date. As with all our delivery services, we are unable to give delivery time slots for our deliveries.
If you experience a damaged item, please let us know within 24 hours. Please do not dispose of the item before you have spoken to us. We may ask for photographic evidence of any damage.
We will normally require a signature for a delivery.
