We normally dispatch all orders within 2 working days unless the item states a longer dispatch time. Depending on the weight and delivery address of your order we would send your order via Royal Mail or a courier, which is normally Parcel Force. Most orders are normally delivered within 3 working days. Our couriers do not deliver at the weekends. Parcel Force do offer a Saturday delivery service. For pricing on this please contact us.
We may also deliver using our own delivery service at our discretion. This would normally be an option if your delivery address is within our routine delivery areas and/or if your order is very large, fragile or heavy. We will contact you to confirm a delivery date. As with all our delivery services, we are unable to give delivery time slots for our deliveries.
If you experience a damaged item, please let us know within 24 hours. Please do not dispose of the item before you have spoken to us. We may ask for photographic evidence of any damage.
All orders are shipped on a signed for service. We will always require a signature for a delivery. This is for everyones protection.
Need to return an item? We know that sometimes we can change our minds once an order has arrived, it happens, and so we do offer change of mind returns within 28 days from the date of delivery. We recommend sending a return via Parcel2go as they offer the most competitive courier pricing, and far cheaper than the Post Office.
