Customer Returns

We are happy to accept customer returns, for change of mind orders placed within the previous 30 days. The goods must be in the same condition the goods were shipped in and complete with all accessories and box, (As applicable).

We ask that goods be packaged in a suitable way to avoid any damage in transit, and without damaging the packaging of any box, (For example, please don't wrap sellotape around the box of a product, the products will be resold and this becomes difficult if the products box has been damaged/soiled by tape etc). 

Please ensure fragile items are well packaged, especially glass or china items. Please note that if a product is damaged in transit to us, or lost in transit, the sender is responsible for this, and we will not offer a refund for your return, you would need to make a claim with the courtier for the damage or loss. For this reason we suggest adding insurance to any high value items being returned.

We cannot accept returns for item that have been installed or modified in any way. Once an item has been installed or modified, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the goods and the right of return is wavered. Although we do appreciate that sometimes customers change their mind regarding a product, once installed, we are not able to accept a return as we are no longer able to sell as a new product, no matter how pristine the goods may still look, or how complete the item may be.

Unless agreed otherwise, returns are at the customers cost.

We recommend using a service that offers a signed for option. Parcel2Go offer cheaper courier services than you will find at the Post office for heavier items (over 2kg), and if you use this link, you will save an additional 20% off the cost, (assuming you are a new Parcel2Go user). 

Please ensure you include your order number within the return, to make it faster to identify your return and refund your payment method.

Refunds will be made back to your account within 7 days of the goods being received, once the goods have been checked.

If you wish to return a product this is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us and let us know of the issue, and we will take care of this for you. In the case of damaged items, we ask that you contact us within 7 days from the date your order was delivered, damages made outside of this time, may not be accepted, as the goods would have been deemed as have been given ample time to have been checked.

As of 1st January 2021, The UK left the EU. As a result of this deliveries to the EU are subject to new rules on tax and customs on goods sent from the UK. VAT, duties and fees will in most cases need to paid by the recipient before they can receive the parcel. These charges will depend on the country the parcel is being sending to, depending on the value of the item being sent. The overseas delivery agent may also add additional charges to the parcel to cover their costs in collecting the fees. The responsibility for these charges are the recipients responsibility, and we, (the seller), take no responsibility for any additional charges payable by the recipient, and cannot refund any of these charges. Any orders returned to us by the courier, due to the charges not being paid by the recipient, will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping the parcel, plus and return charges.
