Customer Returns
We are happy to accept customer returns for change-of-mind orders placed within the previous 30 days. The goods must be in the same condition the goods were shipped in and complete with all accessories and box, (As applicable).
If you wish to return a product this is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us and let us know of the issue, and we will take care of this for you. In the case of damaged items, we ask that you contact us within 7 days from the date your order was delivered, damages made outside of this time may not be accepted, as the goods would have been deemed as having been given ample time to have been checked.
We ask that goods be packaged in a suitable way to avoid any damage in transit and without damaging the packaging of any box, (For example, please don't wrap sellotape around the box of a product, the products will be resold and this becomes difficult if the box of the product has been damaged/soiled by tape etc).
Please ensure fragile items are well packaged, especially glass or china items. Please note that if a product is damaged in transit to us or lost in transit, the sender is responsible for this, and we will not offer a refund for your return; you would need to make a claim with the courier for the damage or loss. For this reason, we suggest adding insurance to any high-value items being returned.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been installed or modified in any way. Once an item has been installed or modified, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the goods, and the right of return has wavered. Although we do appreciate that sometimes customers change their mind regarding a product, once installed, we are not able to accept a return as we are no longer able to sell it as a new product, no matter how pristine the goods may still look, or how complete the item may be.

We recommend using a service that offers a signed-for option. Parcel2Go offers cheaper courier services than you will find at the Post office for heavier items (over 2kg)
Please include your order number within the return to make it faster to identify your return and refund your payment method.

Who pays for returns and refund Information
Unless agreed otherwise, return charges are the customer's responsibility. Once our warehouse has received your order, you will be refunded for the item (s) returned. You will also be refunded your original delivery charge as part of your refund, so long as your entire order has been refunded. You will not receive a postage refund if you only return part of your order.
If you paid for a premium/faster delivery service or have chosen a specific courier as your delivery method over our standard £6.99 delivery service, and you are returning your order as a change of mind, then you will only be refunded the standard £6.99 delivery charge, and not any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service.
In the case of orders which contain oversized products or orders that need to be delivered by a specialist courier, such as a pallet company, and that you wish to return (change of mind orders), you are welcome to use your own transport company to return the goods to us, at your own cost. Please note that returning a product on a pallet may be more expensive than what PCS Bathrooms charged you at checkout.
In some cases, we may be able to offer a collection service, depending on your location. We would charge for collecting a change of mind order. Usually, if we need to use a specialist collection courier, the charges will start from £50 but will vary by location and the type of collection required. Upon contacting us with a return request, these charges will always be offered to you at cost price.
Please note in the case of returns of products where a specialist courier has been paid for, and used, and the customer is returning the goods for a change of mind reason, your initial delivery charge will not be refunded.
