Free delivery on orders over £399 within Mainland UK

Orders under £399 incur delivery charges based on size and weight:

From £3.99 for very light items

£6.99 for standard parcels under 15kg

£14.99 for heavier or bulkier items

£25.00 for selected bathroom china requiring specialist packaging

£49.99 for very large or heavy items requiring pallet or specialist transport

We don’t make any profit on delivery charges. In many cases, the true cost of packing and shipping is higher than the amount charged.
