Our Story

Premier Contract Supplies Ltd was established in 1998 by Vince Caldicott, a former heating engineer and owner of Premier Heating Supplies, a business supplying heating and bathroom products to the public. While running Premier Heating Supplies, Vince identified a clear gap in the contract market for a high-quality sanitary ware supplier, which led to the creation of Premier Contract Supplies.

The business began with a small team based in Frimley, operating from a 2,000 sq ft warehouse. Within three years, the company purchased its current head office in Farnborough and expanded into 18,000 sq ft of warehouse space. From the outset, the focus was on building strong relationships with major housebuilders, including Crest Nicholson, Berkeley Homes, Gladedale, and others.

Alongside this, we worked closely with key suppliers to establish a strong presence within the industry, offering a wide range of quality products at competitive prices. Delivering a high level of service and putting customers first has always been central to how we operate, and this approach has helped build our long-standing reputation within the contract market.

Over the past 20 years, we have expanded our national footprint, establishing branches in Bury St Edmunds, Liverpool & Birmingham. This growth allows us to support customers across the UK with a reliable, nationwide service.

Despite the challenges faced over the years, we continue to grow and strengthen the business. Looking ahead, our focus remains on developing our team and maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect.

As part of our operations, we often have surplus stock from completed projects, discontinued lines, or excess inventory held within our warehouses that cannot be returned to suppliers. This website is designed to help us clear this stock at highly competitive prices.
